Refund Policy

All deposits made to Turbo Pay 54 are used to activate your investment plan and are non-refundable once approved and credited.

1. Deposit Errors

If you believe a deposit was made in error (e.g. wrong amount, duplicate transaction), contact support within 24 hours with your transaction hash and account details for review.

2. Cancelled Requests

Pending deposit requests that have not yet been approved may be cancelled by contacting support before admin verification.

3. Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawals carry a flat 10% admin charge, which is non-refundable once a withdrawal is processed.
